Azienda Agricola La Lastra consists of 2 different working farms: 7 hectares of vineyards in the area of San Gimignano and 23 hectares not far from the historical centre of Siena (7 of which cultivated with vineyards, and 7 with olive trees).
Guided by the great passion that inspires those who devote their lives to agriculture as a free personal choice, we cultivate our vineyards and olive trees following organic methods. The vinification of all our red grapes takes place in our beautiful ancient wine cellar in Marciano, while in San Gimignano we turn into wine our Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes according to the Italian wine law.

Taste: with medium structure, balanced, fresh and persistent
