Manincor La Manina is a biodynamic white wine from the illustrious Manincor estate in Trentino-Alto Adige (Südtirol), classified as a Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT. The blend features 44% Pinot Bianco, 36% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from younger vineyards on varied limestone, clay and gravel soils. The 2023 vintage, shaped by climatic challenges, showcases adequate ripeness with notable acidity. Winemaking includes six hours of skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation in oak and steel and six months on fine lees. Manincor practices biodynamic viticulture, enhancing expression and authenticity
