Brewer's Flatbread Crackers are made using upcycled grains, which are a valuable by-product of the beer making process. When making beer, craft brewers steep super high-quality sprouted grains, like barley, in water. They then strain this mixture, keeping the liquid to make beer and discard the spent grains. Turns out, these grains are still incredibly flavorful and the brewing process actually unlocks nutrients like amino acids, protein and vitamins. That is what is used to make Brewer's Flatbread Crackers!
