Pauline Guyomard, Gamay (2023)

Pauline Guyomard Gamay is made on their family estate in Beaujolais, France.  Organically farmed Gamay grapes that produce a low tannin wine.  It is fruity, dry and easy to drink.   Pairs well with poultry and lighter faire dishes.
