Shrimp Stir fry

Shrimp, carrots, scallions, onions, celery,  rice, spicy peanut sauce

Heat oil of choice in sauté pan. Add contents to the pan  Sauté 3-4 min. add peanut sauce Continue sautéing additional 3-4 min. Serve.
